Campground
Rules
1.
You must be 18 years of age to rent a camp site. Children are
not allowed to stay overnight in the campground without adult
supervision.
2. Check-in time is 5 PM. Check-out time is 2 PM. Late checkout
arrangements must be made in advance.
3. You and your guests must observe the posted speed limit of
10 m.p.h. anywhere in the park.
4. You must accompany all children under the age of 14 years
when using the swimming pool. No alcoholic beverages or glass
containers are allowed around the pool. Proper bathing suit
attire required (please, no shorts / street clothes).
5. Do not leave pets unattended. Leashes of 6' or shorter are
required. No pets in store, pool, or gameroom area. Clean up
after your pet. If your pet becomes a nuisance you will be asked
to remove them.
6. No motorized bikes, scooters or 4 wheelers. No bike riding
after dark. Please wear protective gear. Jennings County ordinance
allows travel on county roads for off road vehicles when properly
registered and licensed.
7. In accordance with state law, alcoholic beverages are prohibited
in store, pavilion and pool areas. Keep alcoholic beverages
confined to your campsite.
8. Help us protect the beauty of the trees, trails and wildlife.
Do not put nails in the trees or ride golf carts on muddy trails.
Remember animals can bite!
9. All campers must register at the office when entering the
campground.
10. Campfires are permitted in designated areas only. Please
use the fire rings where provided. Never leave your campfire
unattended. Be aware for the safety of others.
11. The use of fireworks and firearms is not permitted on campground
property.
12. We ask that you use the dumpster located next to the Mobile
Home Park to dispose of your trash bags. Help us keep our park
clean. You should dispose of your trash before you go to sleep
or put it up where animals cannot reach it.
13. Do not waste water. If you want to wash your vehicle please
ask first.
14. Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM. Respect your fellow campers.
Keep radios turned down and noise to a minimum.
15. All buildings are smoke free. Please do not throw butts
on the ground. This includes shower and restroom facilities.
16. We reserve the right to evict anyone violating the rules,
destroying or defacing property or creating a disturbance -
WITHOUT REFUNDS!
17. Any site improvements must be approved by the property owners.
We encourage these improvements and we will assist you whenever
possible. (landscaping etc.)
18. Seasonal campers are responsible for cutting and trimming
the grass in and around their campsite. (If you are handicapped
and need assistance with this, arrangements can be made.)
19. Brush Creek Park, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen
or damaged items. |
