1. Owners of golf carts are responsible for informing drivers of these rules.

2. You and your guests must observe the posted speed limit of 10 m.p.h. anywhere in the park.

3. Owners are responsible for any accidents or destruction. Brush Creek Park, Inc. will not be held responsible.

4. No running along side, behind, or in front of golf cart.

5. Golf carts are to stay on black top roads.

6. Golf carts are to be kept in good running condition (brakes and mufflers).

7. VIOLATION OF ANY RULE COULD RESULT IN REMOVAL OF GOLF CART FROM CAMPGROUND FOR REMAINDER OF SEASON.

Rules for the Brush Creek Reservoir
(160 acre lake 200 meters from Brush Creek Park Campground owned and controlled by the Dept. of Natural Resources)

1. No swimming

2. No campfires

3. No gas motors (electric only)

4. Contact the Indiana Department of Natural Resources for additional rules and information.

5. North Vernon allows travel on county roads by golf carts, when properly registered and insured.
